Half Way Through - What's Next?
This workshop is intended for new first year teachers who are being mentored. While the main objective of the workshop is new teacher professional growth, it will also be a celebration of the successes and achievements of the participants. Topics include certification, sound mentoring principles and Illinois requirements, gathering data from observations, and using the Continuum of Teacher Development to self-evaluate. Time will be allotted for questions and problem solving.
