Leading with Heart in Times of Cardiac Arrest: Strategies and Resources faciliating Teams-ISBE#786
This session is intended for the administrator who is seeking strategies and resources to lead effective teams of administrators. By using effective leadership practices, one can channel the talents and skills of administrators to be more effective individual leaders, but more importantly, more effective administrative teams. Job descriptions are “what we do” and leading with heart is “how we get it done.” This course builds on an individual’s ability to develop “switched on teams, take egos out of the driver sea, and put hear behind the wheel.”
