This patch should be used to fix the 1.27 version of the client 
that reports and error finding the file dsWorkshops.xsd

Instructions:

Replace the WorkshopClient.exe file originally installed to
the 'IARSS\IARSS Client Install' directory with the version in this .zip file. 

The defaul location (Where the file may be located) is:
C:\Program Files\IARSS\IARSS Client Install\WorkshopClient.exe

If you installed the application to an alternate directory, replace the
'C:\Program Files\' directory with the directory you installed the 
applicaiton to in order to locate the WorkshopClient.exe file to be replaced.
