Induction for the 21st Century Educator: Overview
The focus of this administrator academy workshop is components which ensure district support of teacher induction and mentoring programs.
Topics include: basics of mentoring, what we know about new teachers, creating a district induction program and delivering an approved ISBE program.
Mandatory for the “district directors” of the Lee/Ogle Mentoring Grant. All other Lee/Ogle administrators are invited to attend! Free for Lee/Ogle district administrators in the Mentoring Grant; $100 for others. $15 FOR ADMINISTRATOR ACADEMY CREDIT.
