School Culture and Renewal (for Students and Teachers)
This course explores one of the most significant aspects of high performing students, schools, and educators: climate and culture. How can one person or a small group of educators "turn around" personal attitudes and school climate? What are tools, activities, and stages of culture change and climate growth? How can climate and culture naturally become a part of everyone's curriculum? How can educators use collaboration, leadership, and vision to shape culture? These and other aspects of boosting student achievement through emphasis on personal, professional, and institutional development will enable educators to return to their classrooms and school houses with a renewed sense of purpose, direction, and power. $150.00 for Lee/Ogle SIP Coop members; $375 for non-members.
